Mr. Kuldeep Jain is the Managing Director of CleanMax.
Kuldeep was previously working as a global partner at McKinsey & Company and headed the Energy and Corporate Finance division for McKinsey & Company in India.
Kuldeep has an MBA from IIM – Ahmedabad, holds a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant degree.
Andrew is Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of CleanMax, and handles various responsibilities including business development, marketing, new product development and strategy, as well as country director for our Thailand business.
Andrew completed his MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and has worked with Suzlon and BP Alternative Energy before joining CleanMax.
Nikunj is Chief Financial Officer at CleanMax and is responsible for project investment, fund raising, project down sale, corporate finance and investor relationships.
Prior to joining CleanMax, Nikunj was leading renewable energy transactions for YES Bank Investment Banking function. At the beginning of his career, Nikunj successfully built his investment advisory business.
He is a PGDBA, M.S. (Finance) and Level III CFA candidate.
Ritesh heads the Supply chain and procurement function at CleanMax.
Ritesh has worked at Lloyds Steel Industries, Hindustan Dorr Oliver, Reliance Industries, Essar Steel, Great Offshore and Mahindra EPC Services.
Ritesh is a B.E (Mechanical) from Government Engineering College, Kota (1990-95) with additional qualification in Material Management from Annamalai University (PGDMM) and Diploma in Export – Import Management (DEIM) from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
Sweta is the Chief Human Resource Officer at CleanMax.
Sweta joined CleanMax from JSW Energy Ltd, where she was working as Head – Talent Acquisition, taking care of PAN India hiring.
She holds an MBA degree in Human Resources from International School of Business & Media, Pune.

Mr. Somak Ghosh is the Managing Partner at Contrarian Capital. He earlier served as Co-CEO of Motiwal Oswal and Group President of Corporate Finance at Yes Bank.
Prior to YES Bank, Mr. Somak Ghosh was the Director of Infrastructure and Sustainable Finance at Rabo Bank. In the early stages of his professional career, Mr. Ghosh worked with Reliance, ICICI and Peregrine Ltd.
Mr. Somak Ghosh is an alumnus of Faculty Management School Delhi.
Mr. Sumit Banerjee has worked with various large corporates in India at a senior position and is currently an invited member of the managing committee of Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He has served as the Vice Chairman at Reliance Cement, Managing Director at ACC Limited and at Tube Investments of India Ltd as well.
Mr. Sumit Banerjee is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
Mr. Christoph Wolff is the Managing Director of European Climate Foundation and heads the power sector de-carbonization, low-carbon transport and energy efficiency programmes.
He was senior partner at McKinsey and a Board member for DB Schenker. He has been the CEO of Novatec Solar GmbH and Solar Millennium AG.
Mr. Christoph Wolff is on the board of several new energy start-ups and is also faculty at the Institute for Energy Economics in Cologne.
Mr. Anant Jain is based in Mumbai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2010 and focuses on investments in India.
Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Jain worked at Leonard Green & Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm with approximately $9 billion under management and at UBS in the Investment Banking Division focusing on leveraged finance.
Mr. Anant Jain is an alumnus of University of Michigan and Harvard Business School.
Mr. Saurabh Agarwal joined Warburg Pincus in 2009 and focuses on investments in Southeast Asia and leads the firm’s energy and power investments across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked at McKinsey & Company and Temasek Holdings.
He is currently a Director of AAG Energy and Solar Mosaic and previously served on the boards of several companies.
Mr. Saurabh Agarwal is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and Harvard Business School.
Managing Director UK Climate Investments (MIRA)
Managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) in partnership with the UK Government, UKCI is seeking to invest £200m of UK climate finance funds in transformational green energy projects in sub-Saharan Africa and India.
Richard’s career in MIRA has included global and pan-European COO roles and asset management and transaction activity. Before joining MIRA, Richard was a UK Senior Civil Servant.
Jessica Farmer joined International Finance Corporation (IFC) as Principal Investment Officer heading InfraVentures for the Asia region, prior to her move to Yangon as IFC’s Infrastructure Sector Lead for Myanmar, in addition to continuing to lead InfraVentures for Asia.
Previously, Jessica worked at the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
Jessica holds a Masters of International Affairs degree from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University in New York City, and a Bachelor of Arts in French Literature, with honors, from the University of Colorado - Boulder.
