  • Candidate sourcing
  • Preparing JDs
  • Identify creative sources of hiring
  • Screening candidates
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Negotiation
  • Offer Letters
  • Appointment Letters
  • Candidate onboarding
  • Vendor management
  • Revamping and strengthening the recruitment process
  • Employer Branding & Employer Value Proposition
  • More diverse career path & responsibility set
  • Working directly with and learning from senior team and company founders
  • Managing clients and running projects independently
  • Greater flexibility in defining own role and pursuing new opportunities
  • Learning entirely ‘on the job’
