Founder and Managing Director
Mr. Kuldeep Jain is the Managing Director of CleanMax.
Kuldeep was previously working as a global partner at McKinsey & Company and headed the Energy and Corporate Finance division for McKinsey & Company in India.
Kuldeep has an MBA from IIM – Ahmedabad, holds a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant degree.
Chief Financial Officer
Nikunj is Chief Financial Officer at CleanMax and is responsible for project investment, fund raising, project down sale, corporate finance and investor relationships.
Prior to joining CleanMax, Nikunj was leading renewable energy transactions for YES Bank Investment Banking function. At the beginning of his career, Nikunj successfully built his investment advisory business. He is a PGDBA, M.S. (Finance) and Level III CFA candidate.
Chief Commercial Officer
Tejus is chief commercial officer at CleanMax and has a total of 15+ years of multidisciplinary management experience. He handles various responsibilities including business development, Wind Solar Hybrid projects, as well Capex sales. Before joining CleanMax, he worked with Atria Power and GE.
He holds Bachelor's degree from RVCE, Bangalore, Diploma in Renewable Energy from Teri University, Delhi, Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune and has completed a Management Program with Harvard Business School, Boston.
Head - Farm Infra Development
Ravindra brings with him about 3 decades of experience in project planning & implementation, liaising, land acquisition in the renewable energy sector.
Prior to joining CleanMax, he was associated with Aeolus Green Tech Pvt. Ltd. as Director & CEO. He has completed his Bachelor’s in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and BSL LLB from Pune University.
Chief Operating Officer (Rooftop)
Pramod comes with a rich experience of around 17 years in Project Asset Management, System Analytics, Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) of Small, Medium & Large-Scale Solar Power Projects. Prior to CleanMax, Pramod was associated with Mahindra Susten Pvt. Ltd as COO.
Pramod is an Electricial Engineering graduate from VJTI, Mumbai and a gold medallist. He has done his Master’s in Marketing Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Electricity Regulation (PGDER).
Chief Operating officer (Ground Mount)
Col Narendra Verma has over 37 years of experience, starting with 23 years in the Indian military, to a storied corporate career with marquee companies such as IBM, Enercon, Suzlon and Vestas. Before CleanMax, he was the Executive Director and Head of Projects Asia Pacific for Onshore Wind, at GE Renewables.
He has also served on the Board of Directors for Vestas India, and is author of the best selling book, Fearless Leadership - Lead to Win.
At CleanMax, he will oversee the engineering , construction management and operations management at all ground mount plants.
Chief Human Resource Officer
Sweta is the Chief Human Resource Officer at CleanMax.
Sweta joined CleanMax from JSW Energy Ltd, where she was working as Head – Talent Acquisition, taking care of PAN India hiring.
She holds an MBA degree in Human Resources from International School of Business & Media, Pune.
Chief Procurement Officer
Amit is Chief procurement officer at CleanMax and previously has worked with Mahindra Susten, BORL (A subsidiary of BPCL) and Vedanta Group.
Amit is a B.Tech(Electrical) from National Institute of Technology, Shilchar with additional qualification in Foreign Trade from Indian Institute of Material Management.
Head - Engineering and Design
Chintan is Head (Engineering and Design) at CleanMax and his core competency includes product engineering, project management, techno-commercial due diligence & risk mitigation plan. He has 18+ years of experience working across the complete value chain of Wind and Solar projects.
Before joining Cleanmax, Chintan was associated with Torrent power, Black & Veatch, GE, and Suzlon. He has also designed global projects compliant to IEC & NEC standards. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Power Electronics and PGDBM in finance.
Country CEO, Thailand
Harsh is our Country CEO for Thailand. While he is one of the first few members of the CleanMax team and was handling the Business Development in Karnataka. During his tenure in Karnataka he closed a number of big deals for CleanMax. Looking at his performance, he was moved to Bangkok in 2019 to head Business Development for Thailand.
Harsh is a graduate of IIT Madras.
Country CEO, UAE
Shivani is our Country CEO for UAE. She joined us in 2017 and was a high performing Manager in our Business Development team in UAE. She has worked with clients across the educational, commercial, industrial and governmental sectors and has successfully helped expand our presence in Middle East.
She is a graduate of IIT Bombay and completed her B.Tech in Chemical Engineering in 2017.

Mr. Somak Ghosh is the Managing Partner at Contrarian Capital. He earlier served as Co-CEO of Motiwal Oswal and Group President of Corporate Finance at Yes Bank.
Prior to YES Bank, Mr. Somak Ghosh was the Director of Infrastructure and Sustainable Finance at Rabo Bank. In the early stages of his professional career, Mr. Ghosh worked with Reliance, ICICI and Peregrine Ltd.
Mr. Somak Ghosh is an alumnus of Faculty Management School Delhi.
Mr. Sumit Banerjee has worked with various large corporates in India at a senior position and is currently an invited member of the managing committee of Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He has served as the Vice Chairman at Reliance Cement, Managing Director at ACC Limited and at Tube Investments of India Ltd as well.
Mr. Sumit Banerjee is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
Mr. Christoph Wolff is the Managing Director of European Climate Foundation and heads the power sector de-carbonization, low-carbon transport and energy efficiency programmes.
He was senior partner at McKinsey and a Board member for DB Schenker. He has been the CEO of Novatec Solar GmbH and Solar Millennium AG.
Mr. Christoph Wolff is on the board of several new energy start-ups and is also faculty at the Institute for Energy Economics in Cologne.
Mr. Darius Lilaoonwala is a Founding Partner at Augment Infrastructure
He has 20+ years of investing in infrastructure globally and was the Co-head, US$1.2 billion IFC Global Infrastructure Fund (2012- 2019). He was the Co-author of IFC’s ESG guidelines for power (2007-2008) and is a Member of EMPEA’s Infrastructure and Energy Council.
He is an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and has an MBA from Wharton.
Mr. Viktor Kars is a Founding Partner at Augment Infrastructure
He has 20+ years of investing in infrastructure globally and was the Co-head, US$1.2 billion IFC Global Infrastructure Fund (2012- 2019). Mr. Viktor Kats prior career involves roles as a sale-side equity analyst at Sector Capital (Russia) and Creditanstalt Investment Bank (Russia)
He has an MBA from INSEAD; MSc from Moscow Institute of Electronics.
Deepali Bahl is a Managing Director at Augment Infrastructure. She has 20+ years of investment experience in infrastructure and private equity.
Prior to joining Augment in 2021, Deepali held senior positions at the International Finance Corporation, PineBridge Investments and AIG Global Investments in Washington DC, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Deepali started her career with Peregrine Capital in Mumbai. She has an MBA from IIM Bangalore.
Mr. Richard Abel is the Managing Director of UK Climate Investments (UKCI), which is managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) in partnership with the UK Government.
Richard’s career in MIRA has included global and pan-European COO roles and asset management and transaction activity.
Before joining MIRA, Richard was a UK Senior Civil Servant.
Deepa Hingorani is Vice President for Asia at IFU, The Danish Investment Fund for developing countries. She leads a team that manages IFU’s activities in the region with offices in New Delhi, Singapore, Shanghai and HCMC. IFU invests equity and debt for impact in emerging markets.
She has 25+ years of investment experience with transactions in Climate, Financial Inclusion, Agri business and Healthcares.
Deepa holds a Masters in Finance from University of Delhi and an Executive MBA from SIMI Copenhagen.
Vice President, Investments, Renewable Power & Transition, Brookfield Asset Management
Ruthvic Prabhala is a Vice President within BAM India Group responsible for Renewable Power investments in India.
Ruthvic Prabhala joined Brookfield India in 2019 and has over 12 years of investing and financial services experience. Prior to joining Brookfield, Ruthvic worked briefly with The Rohatyn Group and for over 7 years across various divisions of JP Morgan, including within its Asian Infrastructure Fund (overseeing investments & asset management in the infrastructure and power space) and the Investment Banking group (focusing on transactions in the Pharmaceutical & Biotechnology and Healthcare space).
He completed his MBA from Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD, Pune, and holds and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Managing Director, Investments, Renewable Power & Transition
Nawal Saini is the Managing Director within Brookfield Asset Management India Group. In this role he is responsible for all Renewable Power investments in the region.
Mr. Saini has over 18 years of investing and financial services experience. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Saini worked briefly with CDPQ and with JP Morgan’s Asian Infrastructure Fund for over 6 years, overseeing investments and asset management in the infrastructure, and power space. Prior to JP Morgan, he was part of Jacob Ballas, A New York Life sponsored sector agnostic private equity fund. Mr. Saini started his career as a banker with SBI Capital Markets and ABN Amro Bank.
Mr. Saini holds a BSc (H) Mathematics degree from University of Delhi, and completed his MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon
Senior Vice President, Investments, Renewable Power & Transition, Brookfield
Krishna Iyer is the Senior Vice President within BAM India Group responsible for investment for Renewable Power and Transition investments in India.
Krishna Iyer joined Brookfield in 2018 and has around 13 years of experience working in the Renewables sector. Prior to joining Brookfield, Krishna worked previously with SunEdison and TerraForm Global where he was responsible for Corporate Development and Project Financing across multiple markets in India, South East Asia and Australia.
He holds a B. Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Trichy and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad
Senior Vice President
Sridhar Rengan is a Senior Vice President within BAM India Group responsible for Corporate Finance activities including financing requirements for investments across platforms.
Sridhar Rengan joined Brookfield India in 2014, and has held various positions within the Company and its affiliates. Prior to joining Brookfield, Mr. Rengan has held various senior level positions over the last two decades in various business groups spanning from Real estate, infrastructure to consumer goods products.
He is a Commerce graduate from the University of Calcutta and is also completed his post-graduation in Law from the same University. He is also a Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
