His leadership blends sharp business acumen with a founder’s mindset, supporting CleanMax’s vision for long-term value.
Tejus brings 15+ years of multi-functional expertise to his role, leading business development, hybrid projects, and CAPEX sales. With experience at Atria Power and GE, and credentials from TERI, Symbiosis, and Harvard, he drives commercial success with technical depth and strategic foresight.
Pramod Deore has scaled CleanMax’s on-site solar footprint across Asia, leading 500+ projects across 15+ regions. With deep expertise in EPC and ESG, he champions innovation in rooftop, carport, and storage solutions. A Harvard alumnus, Pramod’s leadership bridges growth with impact.
Sweta Sajnani, our Chief People and Culture Officer, has played a pivotal role in growing CleanMax's People & Culture function. From leading a one-person team to now managing a department of over 10 professionals, she has driven key initiatives in talent acquisition, employee development, and leadership growth. With 20 years of HR experience, Sweta ensures CleanMax’s culture thrives on collaboration, growth, and a people-first approach.
Amit serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Utility Scale Renewable Energy Projects at CleanMax. With a wealth of experience across leading organisations such as Mahindra Susten, BORL (a subsidiary of BPCL), and the Vedanta Group, he brings a strong track record in managing large-scale projects. Amit holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar, and further enhanced his expertise with a qualification in Foreign Trade from the Indian Institute of Materials Management.
Chintan Shah leads technological innovation and large-scale energy projects at CleanMax, specialising in wind, solar PV, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). With experience from Torrent Power, Black & Veatch, GE, and Suzlon, he ensures CleanMax’s projects meet global standards and industry best practices. Chintan oversees technical teams, mitigates risks, and drives CleanMax’s mission to deliver sustainable, future-ready energy solutions.
Harsh leads CleanMax’s strategic growth in Southeast Asia, with a key focus on expanding in Thailand. A pioneering team member, he previously drove growth across South India, managing key states such as Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. Under his leadership, CleanMax achieved significant milestones, including executing large-scale on-site solar power purchase agreements (PPAs) in Thailand, with projects reaching up to 13.5 MWp. An IIT Madras alumnus, Harsh combines technical expertise with a forward-thinking approach to advance CleanMax’s sustainable energy goals and partnerships in the region.
Shivani Agrawal leads CleanMax's growth and strategic expansion in the Middle East, having been a founding member of the Dubai office since 2017. She has driven market penetration by forming key partnerships, improving operational efficiency, and delivering customised renewable energy solutions. With a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay, Shivani combines technical expertise with a focus on long-term sustainability, helping CleanMax strengthen its position and align with regional energy transition goals.
Sidharth Seekond leads Project Finance and Working Capital Finance at CleanMax, having played a key role in raising over INR 10,000 crores in project finance, refinance, and working capital for projects across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. He works with a range of financial institutions, including PSU and private banks, NBFCs, MNCs, and development finance institutions. Sidharth holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and is a CFA charterholder. Before joining CleanMax, he gained experience at Ernst & Young, a US-based consulting firm, and several startups in fundraising roles.
With 15 years in finance and accounting, Sushant leads CleanMax's accounts, compliance, and tax functions, ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance. Over his 6 years at CleanMax, he has managed Financial Due Diligence, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, SAP projects, and audits. Before CleanMax, he worked with Deloitte and the Tata Group. A qualified Chartered Accountant and CISA-certified, Sushant’s expertise drives robust financial governance and operational excellence at CleanMax.
Laavanyaa leads the equity function at CleanMax, driving capital raises, strategic partnerships, and investor relations. Over the past 6 years, she has led equity fundraising with Augment Infrastructure, IFU, and Brookfield. With over 10 years of experience in renewables and infrastructure finance, including a stint at SBICAPS, she combines sharp financial strategy with in-depth sector insight.
Pranjal leads CleanMax’s carbon business, driving bold initiatives and pioneering deals since its inception in 2023. An IIT Madras graduate, he joined CleanMax in 2016, initially leading business development in Karnataka and later shaping strategy as Chief of Staff. A true “0–1” builder, he thrives on turning vision into scalable systems.
Sanjay Bhatia brings over 32 years of legal expertise to CleanMax, where he leads the company’s legal strategy across India and beyond. Since 2018, he has been instrumental in structuring open-access and captive PPAs, M&A deals, real estate agreements, and complex financial transactions. With a background in litigation and prior experience at SunEdison, Sanjay’s nuanced understanding of corporate law and the renewable energy space ensures CleanMax’s legal foundation remains future-ready and resilient.
Ashu leads CleanMax’s regulatory and policy efforts, navigating approvals and compliance for solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects across India. With experience spanning rooftop to utility-scale projects and a firm grasp of both central and state regulations, he brings strategic depth to CleanMax’s operations. His prior roles at Rays Power and Ujaas, combined with his academic background in management and human rights, have shaped his sharp regulatory acumen in the renewable energy space.
Akshai drives CleanMax’s growth in West India, anchoring its scale-up to a gigawatt-level player. Since 2016, he’s led expansion in Gujarat and Maharashtra with innovative hybrid solutions and strategic industry partnerships. With a background at Goldman Sachs, Akshai also oversees marketing to amplify CleanMax’s brand presence.
Amit Sharma brings over 20 years of deep expertise across energy markets, sustainability, and strategic consulting. As VP and Regional Head of Business Development at CleanMax, he drives market expansion and renewable adoption. Previously, he led sustainability consulting at Schneider Electric, with a strong focus on carbon roadmap development, PPA strategy, and energy cost optimisation. His work spans renewable project due diligence, supply-demand planning, and fuel market analysis, making him instrumental in shaping CleanMax’s regional growth.
Vamsi Krishna Pilla leads Business Development for South India at CleanMax, where he crafts tailored green energy solutions for corporates. Known for his strategic mindset and sharp execution, Vamsi has been instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint in Karnataka and beyond, forging key partnerships and accelerating CleanMax’s growth in the region.
