His strategic acumen, environmental stewardship, and dynamic leadership have propelled the company to a leading position, across India, the Middle East, and South-East Asia. Under his guidance, CleanMax has become the preferred partner for corporations pursuing sustainability and Net-Zero goals. His ability to attract key investors and foster stakeholder confidence underscores his thought leadership, further solidifying CleanMax as an industry pioneer. Pramod Deore is the Global Chief Executive Officer – On-site Renewable Business of our Company. He oversees strategy development, revenue generation, operational execution, and profitability management for the onsite business unit in India as well as overseas. He is responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets, improving workforce productivity, managing EPC project execution and driving ESG initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical branch) from University of Mumbai, diploma in human resource management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai and master’s degree in marketing management from University of Mumbai. He has also completed the “Senior Executive Leadership Program” from Harvard Business School. He has over 23 years of experience in business operations. Before his association with our Company, he has previously served under various positions at Reliance Infrastructure Limited and as chief operating officer – distributed solar at Mahindra Susten Private Limited. He has been recognized as one of the “India’s 100 Most Powerful & Influential Solar Industry Business Leaders” at the Solar Quarter 3rd edition of India Power100Map in 2019. He is also conferred with a title of “Certified BRSR Expert” and completed ESG expert program by Directors’ Institute in 2023.

Harsh leads CleanMax's strategic initiatives in Southeast Asia, focusing on expanding CleanMax's presence in Thailand. As one of our earliest team members, Harsh had been driving growth across South India, managing key states such as Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. His deep market insight and proactive approach have been instrumental in our global expansion. Under Harsh's leadership, CleanMax has successfully executed some of the largest onsite solar PPAs in Thailand, with projects upto 13.5 MWp which are remarkable milestones. An alumnus of IIT Madras, Harsh blends technical expertise with a dynamic mindset, reinforcing CleanMax's commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions and fostering innovative partnerships in the region.

Pisal Yooyanyong brings over six years of experience in renewable energy and has been leading Business Development for CleanMax in Southeast Asia since joining Thailand in 2019. He has signed nearly 50 MWp of PPA and scaled CleanMax Thailand from a 3-person, 3 MWp operation to a team of 20+ delivering 80+ MWp. Pisal holds a Ph.D. in Finance and Equity Investment, an MBA in Management, and a BA in English Language.

Patchara Gitkana heads Design and Engineering for CleanMax Thailand, blending technical precision with practical execution. Since joining in 2022, he has guided projects across rooftops, solar farms, carports, solar roads, and floating solar, delivering over 50 MW while shaping proposals exceeding 5,000 MW. Well-versed in grid codes and international standards like EIT and FM Global, Patchara combines regulatory expertise with innovative, optimized design solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from KMUTNB.

Luckkana Amartmontree leads Finance at CleanMax Thailand, turning accounting, budgeting, and cash management into strategic growth levers. She has developed processes that strengthen internal controls, improve financial planning, and optimise project budgets, while ensuring accurate reporting and efficient month- and year-end closes. With prior auditing experience at EY and corporate accounting roles, she provides actionable insights that guide management decisions and support CleanMax’s renewable energy expansion.

Kesavan S. is Assistant General Manager – Projects Engineering at CleanMax Thailand, with 19+ years in construction and renewable energy. Since joining in 2022, he has led high-value solar projects across Thailand, including floating, rooftop, carport, and utility-scale installations, and brings prior experience in nuclear, hydro, and biomass projects. A Civil Engineering graduate, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, Kesavan combines technical expertise in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and MS Project with strategic planning to deliver complex, multi-MW solar projects efficiently.

Wasun Junnoi is Assistant General Manager – Projects Engineering at CleanMax Thailand, with 14 years of experience in solar engineering, design, and project delivery. He has led rooftop, floating, and utility-scale solar projects, overseeing design, construction, and O&M for over 146 MWp across solar and wind. Holding a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Energy Engineering, Wasun combines technical expertise in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and SketchUp with structured leadership to deliver reliable, high-performance renewable energy solutions.

Siraphop Kutsara is Senior Manager – Permits at CleanMax Thailand, with over seven years in renewable energy and sustainability. He has supported 90+ solar projects totaling 150+ MW and contributed to 14 IPP and SPP plants (~1,500 MW), managing regulatory compliance, permitting, and stakeholder coordination. Experienced with Thai energy regulations and government agencies, Siraphop ensures smooth approvals and project compliance. He holds an M.Sc., a B.Sc., and is pursuing an LL.B., blending technical, regulatory, and legal expertise.

Kiran Kumar Erra is Assistant Manager – HSE at CleanMax Thailand, leading health, safety, and environmental operations for solar, rooftop, ground-mount, and wind projects. With over 10 years of experience, he has executed 50+ projects while ensuring compliance, reducing workplace hazards, and implementing robust HSE systems. A PG Diploma in Fire & Safety Engineering holder, certified in NEBOSH (HSW) and IOSH (MS), Kiran has been recognised with multiple awards for excellence in safety performance.

Sakolpat Chomwong is Asset Management Manager at CleanMax Thailand, with 10 years in renewable energy across utility-scale and commercial rooftop solar projects. He manages a 600+ MWp portfolio, driving plant availability, zero safety incidents, and proactive maintenance strategies that enhance asset performance and longevity. Experienced in full-cycle project management, feasibility studies, and system design, Sakolpat combines technical expertise in PVsyst, AutoCAD, 3DSMax, and SolidWorks with strategic operational leadership.

Chaweerak Jaruphong is Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management at CleanMax Thailand, with over 16 years in logistics and five years in renewable energy. Since joining in 2024, she has supported nationwide solar projects, including rooftop, solar farm, and floating systems. Chaweerak oversees procurement, sourcing, and on-time delivery of materials and equipment, working with local and international suppliers, while managing BOI approvals and import processes to ensure smooth project execution.
