He founded CleanMax with a vision to lead the transition to clean energy in the commercial and industrial sector and under his leadership, the company has grown exponentially. With a distinguished background as an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, Chartered Accountant, and a former Global Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he headed the energy and corporate finance division, Kuldeep's expertise has been instrumental in driving CleanMax's extraordinary growth. His strategic acumen, environmental stewardship, and dynamic leadership have propelled the company to a leading position, across India, the Middle East, and South-East Asia. Under his guidance, CleanMax has become the preferred partner for corporations pursuing sustainability and Net-Zero goals. His ability to attract key investors and foster stakeholder confidence underscores his thought leadership, further solidifying CleanMax as an industry pioneer. Pramod Deore is the Global Chief Executive Officer – On-site Renewable Business of our Company. He oversees strategy development, revenue generation, operational execution, and profitability management for the onsite business unit in India as well as overseas. He is responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets, improving workforce productivity, managing EPC project execution and driving ESG initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical branch) from University of Mumbai, diploma in human resource management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai and master’s degree in marketing management from University of Mumbai. He has also completed the “Senior Executive Leadership Program” from Harvard Business School. He has over 23 years of experience in business operations. Before his association with our Company, he has previously served under various positions at Reliance Infrastructure Limited and as chief operating officer – distributed solar at Mahindra Susten Private Limited. He has been recognized as one of the “India’s 100 Most Powerful & Influential Solar Industry Business Leaders” at the Solar Quarter 3rd edition of India Power100Map in 2019. He is also conferred with a title of “Certified BRSR Expert” and completed ESG expert program by Directors’ Institute in 2023.

Shivani Agrawal is spearheading the company’s ambitious growth and strategic expansion in the Middle East region. She has been instrumental in driving the company’s regional strategy since joining in 2017 as a founding member of the Dubai office. Under her leadership, CleanMax has successfully penetrated key markets by forming long-term partnerships with local stakeholders, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering tailored renewable energy solutions. Shivani’s focus on long-term sustainability and innovation has significantly contributed to strengthening CleanMax's competitive positioning, ensuring both growth and alignment with regional energy transition goals. Her background with B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Bombay further enhances her technical acumen in addressing complex energy challenges.

With over 21 years of experience across project management, operations, and operational excellence, Amit Singh brings deep, hands-on expertise in large-scale solar power execution. Over the last 18 years, he has led projects across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, including the delivery of 250+ MW across 300+ on-site projects at CleanMax. He has previously worked with Thermax and Tata BP Solar, and is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta’s Senior Management Programme, with a background in Production Engineering and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Paurush Chaturvedi brings a procurement-first lens to CleanMax’s growth. With 13+ years of experience, he leads Procurement and Global Insurance, shaping sourcing strategies, strengthening vendor partnerships, and driving commercial discipline across projects. An Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate, he started his career with US-based SunEdison before joining CleanMax in 2017, where he has played a key role in optimising costs while supporting scale across geographies.

Dinesh Thakare brings over 15 years of experience in renewable energy, including 14 years in solar PV. With an MTech in Energy Studies, a degree in Electrical Engineering, and Six Sigma certification, he has designed and executed 500+ MW across utility-scale and rooftop solar projects. His expertise spans end-to-end delivery of solar, BESS, and hybrid solutions, with strong focus on quality, cost optimisation, EHS compliance, and performance-driven design, guided by a vision to build scalable, sustainable energy systems.

Chandrashekar Reddy CA brings over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, including a decade at CleanMax. A Mechanical Engineering graduate and Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional, he leads the Design & Engineering function across South India, South East Asia, and the UAE. His work focuses on driving technological innovation, design automation, and cost optimisation for on-site rooftop solar projects. Prior to CleanMax, he spent over five years at Tata Power Solar, supporting detailed design and engineering delivery.

Divyang Badlani brings over eight years of experience across solar PV and BESS projects in the UAE, KSA, and Qatar. He has led the closure of 20 MWp of projects, with strengths spanning business development, technical design, financial modelling, and EPC and PPA contracting, guided by FIDIC standards. A DEWA-certified Senior Solar Expert and SEI-certified Solar Engineer, he also has published research in aerodynamics and is currently building capabilities in AI and automation to drive digital efficiency in energy businesses.

Nandini Chandak leads Business Development for CleanMax in Bahrain, bringing an entrepreneurial mindset from her IIT Bombay startup experience. She manages commercial and industrial solar projects under EPC and PPA models, with expertise in financial modelling, contract negotiations, tariff structuring, and regulatory compliance. Known for driving end-to-end market development and building long-term client partnerships, she combines strategic insight with a competitive and creative spirit.

Prabhuraj Harakangi is the Assistant General Manager of Design & Project Approvals at Cleanmax Dubai - UAE, bringing over 15 years of specialized experience in the Solar PV industry. A PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), NEBOSH certified HSE Professional, DEWA - SHAMS Dubai certified Senior Solar PV Expert and Dubai Municipality certified Solar & Electrical Engineer, he has successfully spearheaded both rooftop and ground-mount projects totaling nearly 200MW of capacity. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle—from detailed site surveys, PVSyst simulations, and detailed engineering to navigating complex authority approvals across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other emirates of the UAE, as well as Bahrain and KSA. Prabhuraj holds an M.Tech in Energy Systems and possesses deep technical knowledge of diverse cell technologies, including C-Si and Thin Film. Recognized for operational excellence, he was honored with the CEO Excellence Award (2022-23) for his leadership in driving sustainable business growth. He is dedicated to delivering high-efficiency energy solutions while maintaining the highest international standards for occupational health and safety.
