Manager New Initiatives and Financial Reporting

  • Should have deep understanding of business.
  • Should have sense of understanding where cash flows are stuck.
  • Should be self-driven, learning nature, easy adaptive, open to changes and understanding of various business drivers.
  • Should be focused on improvement of business process, costs reduction, increasing of revenue, improve compliances, implement new controls.
  • Should be able to handle various business initiatives and should be adhering to strict timeline and goals.
  • Should be able to independently drive internal audit function across Group.
  • Should have prior experience of closing activities, preparing certifications and financial statements under Ind AS and Indian GAAP (IFRS knowledge would be added advantage) including Consolidated financials and preparing of Tax / TP audit reports.
  • Should have flexibility to move and handle new reporting system.
  • Should have deep knowledge of Tally, Excel, Word, and PPT.
  • Should be able to manage various audit requirements, handling auditors and build strong relationship with auditors.
  • Should have deep knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and Companies Act.
  • Should support on monthly / quarterly closing activities, preparing MIS, certifications, and Management requirements.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in industry or Big 4.
