  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and implementing business processes; preparing and completing action plans;, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; Project tracking, determining system improvements;
  • Carry out ESIA/ ESDD as per IFC guidelines to ensure project is meeting all equity financial requirements as agreed.
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions for various projects.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
  • Creativity/Innovation: Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
  • Inclusiveness/ Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
  • MIS: tracking weekly metrics as agreed with BU’s and provide it to management.
  • Plan: Determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.
  • Educational Qualifications: BE (EEE, EE, Environment. or equv.) PMI certification is added advantage
  • Work Experience: 4+ years in project management, MIS reporting etc.. Project Management experience in renewable industry will be an added advantage.
