Key responsibilities:
  • Technical scrutiny of bid enquiries & BOQs for tender purpose
  • Preparation/checking of design documents and drawings
  • Preparation of tentative BOQs after award of contract
  • Checking of equipment drawings and GTPs received from Vendor
  • Conducting site visits, support site team in project commissioning, witness tests at vendor’s factory premises
  • Preparing and sending document transmittal letters for designs and drawings
  • Maintaining project engineering files
  • Provide support to financial modelling, business decision-making and BOS selection
  • Interface with and manage external consultants, if required
Software Skills Required
  • AutoCAD / Matlab / Etap / Semcab / RET Screen / any other electrical modelling software
  • MS Office :- MS Word / Excel / PPT , MS-Project
What are we looking for?
  • Experienced in MV / HV network electrical AC design
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Electrical CAD or similar
  • Proficiency in site & substation layout, electrical system design including load flow & short circuit calculations, LV – HV protection schemes, LV- HV relay settings, regulatory & safety approvals, etc
  • Project management and supervision skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • B. E. / B. Tech in Electrical/Power/Energy Engineering
  • 4 – 5 years of total working experience out of 2 – 3 years should be in Solar / Wind Projects
  • 30 -40% travelling to site and vendor’s places as & when required
