Objective:

The client aimed to transition multiple cement plants across India to renewable energy, thereby reducing reliance on thermal power and supporting its long-term sustainability goals.

CleanMax Approach & Solution:

Our partnership began in 2017 with onsite solar installations, evolving into a strong multi-year collaboration through several Group Captive PPAs. By making equity investments under the Group Captive model, the client expanded its renewable energy portfolio across three states, ensuring scalable, cost-effective, and sustainable power.

Outcomes Achieved:

The client’s contracted capacity has grown from under 2 MWp in FY 2017 to over 250 MW in FY 2025, marking a significant milestone in the transition to renewable energy.
