Landscape Level, Community Led, Nature-based Solution (LLI for NbS) initiative by IORA

The IORA Environmental Sustainability initiative focuses on community-led, nature-based solutions in the Satpura-Melghat Corridor. The first phase aims to build community trust, assess the area’s potential for carbon sequestration and biodiversity enhancement, and create a framework for sustainable conservation efforts. By the end of year one, the project will establish a baseline for long-term conservation, empowering local communities in protecting their environment.
