Founder’s Vision
Kuldeep Jain, a former McKinsey partner, driven by a desire to create real-world impact, marks the beginning of CleanMax with a clear mission: to help businesses adopt clean energy without compromising performance.
Building the First Brick
With no solar background but a sharp eye for market barriers, Kuldeep launched CleanMax’s first 100 kW rooftop project. His insight into upfront costs was holding businesses back, leading CleanMax to flip the model, fund the infrastructure, and have clients pay only for the energy they used.
Scaling with Belief
Powered by Kuldeep's personal savings, revenue recycling, and sheer grit, CleanMax grew to become India’s rooftop solar leader.
Thinking Bigger and Bolder
With the rooftop model proven, Kuldeep bets on open-access solar and wind, long-term, high-capex ventures. This was a strategic pivot into utility-scale operations, still grounded in client-centricity and OPEX thinking.
Going Global
As CleanMax gained multinational clients, Kuldeep expanded to the UAE and Thailand. Bringing the precision-engineered, client-centric approach to international markets.
