Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) set out to make airport operations more sustainable by integrating renewable energy into its power mix.

CleanMax Approach & Solution:

Our partnership with BIAL began in 2016 with a 0.5 MWp rooftop solar project, followed by a 13 MWp open access solar agreement in 2018. In 2023, we expanded this collaboration through a Group Captive model, adding 36 MWp of solar and 9.9 MW of wind capacity, strengthening BIAL’s path toward sustainable airport operations.
